This information is held within our secure database. Your personal data is used to ensure we are able to contact you within the bounds of our trade partnership and everyday dealings.

Contact forms

When visitors fill in a Contact Form (‘Make an Enquiry’) or join our mailing list on the website, we collect the data shown in the form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Cookies

If you contact us via the website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). We will not share or sell your information to any third parties.

 

How long we retain your data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.  For users that sign up to our mailing list, we also store the personal information they provide.

 

What rights you have over your data

Under GDPR, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.  All users can delete their personal information at any time by contacting us directly via email, telephone, letter or website form.  Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
